celesatia luna : PALADIN guide

PALADIN JOB GUIDE

This guide was made for the people that wanna be on the Defensive side of work
the path will ALLOW you to recieve 1hit damage from mobs and most likely 1hit damage in PVP depending on your equipment
If you have Question about the path please say it in the forum

Please know that you are gonna be doing alot of work into making the Best tanker out there
you will need high defense and Health to be #1

Ok lets start of with making the Tank guide team

Q.What should be my stat build
A. Go Pure VIT , oh ya and also GO PURE VIT

Q. What should my Stats on my Equipment should have Produce ? Reinforce ? Philosopher ?
A. Produce = Vit . Reinforce = Vit , Philosopher= Vit or Str

Q. What Class should i choose elf or human
A.Hmmm I am gonna keep it short and simple

GO human for higher physical attack
GO Elf for more defense

Q. What job path should I choose??
A.Person i think this is the path you should follow

1.Fighter
2.Guard
3.Infantryman
4.Knight
5.Paladin

Q. Why should i go Knight instead of phalanx ?
A. Reason why you should go Knight instead of phalanx because knights get this skill called Divine Justice that increase your HP recovery rate by alot 300HP every 4 seconds something like that and plus you get a 1% attack bonus and you also get you Solid weapon and Sword Storm (AOE) those 2 skills will allow you to train by yourself

NOTE: That you will need a Training partner and you will need to DD alot if you want to LVL up this tank
You will probably stop needing a DD partner or a training partner when you become a knight

Fighter Job [Level 1-19]

Active skills to max

1.Fighter Heart (if you are human )
2. Burning Rage ( if you are human )
3.Nature shield ( If you are a elf)

Passive skills to max

1.Enhanced HP
2.Mace training
3.Mace protection

Q.Why should i raise 1h / 2h training ?
A. because you are gonna be Pure Tanker right ? you need to rely on your Defense and HP more
Note: If you don't max out any of the skills i provided you you will max them out in your next job advancement

Guard [level 20-39]

Attack :0%
Defense :1%
Accuracy: 0
Critical : 0
Max HP : 1%

Active skills to max

1.Blessing guard
2.Nature shield ( if you are a elf )
3.Fighter Heart ((optional , pretty useful if you have/Don't have a training partner )
4.Blunt shield (optional if you are fighting against bosses and such )
5.Blood leak

Passive skills to max

1.Heavy armor expertise ( important )
2.Enhanced HP
3.Mace training
4.Mace protection

Q. Why shouldn't I max out Shield Training , Bloody sky , Light armor expertise ??
A.Because Shield training is bugged , bloody sky well you are gonna be a pure tank so you really don't need that and light armor expertise lol Heavy armor gives you more defense and more defense = IMPORTANT

Note: if you can't max all the skill from above no problem you can raise them up in your scout path because you are gonna need to raise them up sooner or later so don't worry about it

Infantry [level 40-74]

Attack :0%
Defense :3%
Accuracy: 0
Critical : 0
Max HP : 3%

Active skills to max
1.Attract Circle
2.Blunt shield ( for bossing )
3.Shield Barrier ( to triple your defense and attack )
4.Nature shield ( if you are a elf )
5. Lace ( if you are human )
6. Nature Mind ( if you are a elf )

Note: Do not Raise up Solid Shield because thats a bugged skill and also don't raise up Heal you don't need to raise it if you are tanking , and also don't raise up Holy avenger cause you want to have the max hp you can have if you are tanking

Passive Skills to max

1.Enhanced Hp
2.Heavy armor expertise
3. Mace protection
4.Mace training
5. Blood leak
6.Magic barrier
7.Troopership

Knight [level 75-104]

Attack :1%
Defense :6%
Accuracy: 0
Critical : 0
Max HP : 6%

Active skills to max

1.Solid Weapon
2.Divine Justice
3.Blessing Guard
4.Sword Storm ( good if you are tanking by yourself )
5.Shield Barrier
6.Nature Mind ( if you are elf )
7.Nature Shield ( if you are elf )
8.lace ( if you are a human )
9.Blunt shield ( for bossing in a party)

Passive skills to max

1.Enhanced HP
2.Heavy armor expertise
3.Blood leak
4.Mace training
5.Mace protection
6.Magic barrier
7.Troopership

Note: Sword storm is a good skill to have because you will need it to lvl from 75+ and its one of the main AOE skill and its useful when you have like 10+ mobs on you and you are getting hit with 1's , Solid Weapon , fighter heart and burning rage will increase your physical attack power making you a strong tank well a strong pure vit tanker.

Ok if you had follow my guide right you should have incredible high attack and defense for a tanker and trust me being a tanker is important and if you have the patience , the time , you will be the best tanker ever

NOTE: Have Fun with this guide , if you have any questions , concerns about the guide tell me , and also you might need a skill reset if you did the guide wrong (always have 1 of those)

Paladin [level 105-125]

Attack :1%

2. Magic Barrier
3.Mace protection
4. Mace training
5.Heavy Armor Expertise
6.Blood Leak
7. Enhanced hp
8.Troopership

NOTE: Don't Need to raise up Saint Heal, Invulnerable and Rage Sword. Those are paladin skills that you will not need and they aren't really important skills to raise up and raising them are jut a waste of SP trust me

Q . What are the shield skills I shouldn't raise and why?
A . The skills you shouldn't raise are Shield training, Solid Shield and Iron Shield those skills are bugged like really they are and raising them are pointless and you will be wasting SP

Q.Where should I level from lvl 20 onwards?

A.The leveling spot are:

(you will be DDing most of the time just to let you know )

Level 20-40 = Tarintus, Moon Blind Forest.

Level 40-75 = Mont Blanc Port, Dryed Gazell Fall, howling cave 2f

Level 75-105 = Howling Cave 2F, Ghost Swamp Valley, Naila Harbor.

Q.Who should I talk to for job change?

A.Well here is a list how to change from Guard> Paladin:

1.Guard: Wiff in Alker harbor
2. infantry :Wiff in Alker Harbor
3.Knight: Heromech in Red Orc Outpost
4. Paladin: Sage in Naila Harbor

celestia luna : Sword Master guide

SWORD MASTER GUIDE

I made this so when new players want to be a Sword Master they can view the guide here and if I recall there isn't any Sword Master guide yet. Oh and by the way, Human can be Sword Master too but this one is for Elf path and not Human path :P. Ok here we go!

Warning! This guide only work for any Luna server which the server file isn't being fixed yet. I do not guarantee if Dual Wielding(able to use shield skill without shield) doesn't work on the server you play whether if its official or non official. Use at own risk.

Q. What path should I go for?

A. These are the path that you need to go :

Level 1-20 Fighter > level 20-40 Warrior > level 40-75 Infantryman > level 75-105 Rune Knight > level 105 Sword Master.

Q. Infantryman?? Is it good to go Infantryman instead of Swordsman? and if I follow this path what skills should I go for?

A. Yes, although your only going to lose 90 crit on passive, but you can counter it with crit slime anyway. As for skills here what you need :

Fighter job(level 1-20)
1. Max Fighter Heart.
2. Max Crash Blow.
3. Max Uppercut.
4. Max 2H Training.
5a. Max Sword Training.

Note : Yes you are going to be 2H user until you enter Sword Master level.

Warrior job(level 20-40)
1. Max Risk Taker.
2. Max Fighter Heart.
3. Max Warrior Form.
4. Max Wheel Wind.
5. Max Crash Blow.
6. Max 2H Training.
7a. Max Sword Training.

Note: Crash Blow and Wheel Wind are going to be your main attack, feel free to spend other sp on other skills if you want.

Infantryman job(level 40-75)
1. Level 1 Attract Circle.
2. Max Blessing Guard.
3. Max Troopership.
4. Max Enchanced HP.

Note: Yes I know this is going to be a very difficult path to level since Infantryman doesn't offer much attack skills and mostly based on defend. But trust me its worth to get Infantryman as it will benefit you later in Sword Master level. If you found this path are so troublesome, you can go for Swordsman but later on Sword Master level you will miss few useful skills provided in Infantryman. You can spend the extra sp gained here on other skills you see fit, or save it for next job which is Rune Knight.

Rune Knight job(level 75-105)
1. Max all aura's.
2. Max Burning Crash.
3. Max Earthquake.
4. Max Sword Storm.
5. Max Rune Impact.
6. Max Sword Training.
7. Max Spirit Sword.

Note: Woot! finally some attack skills, yes since you are 2H user so there are few new offense skills available for you. At this point you able to tank enough monsters and also damage them while waiting date dungeon to be reset.

Sword Master job(level 105)
1. Max Sonic Boom.
2. Max Dual Sonic Boom.
3. Max Blunt Shield.
4. Max Rune Impact.
5. Max Fighter Heart.
6. Max Warrior Form.
7. Max Dual Wield Expertise.
8. Max Dual Wield Training.
9. Max Dual Weapon Accuracy.
10. Max Blessing Guard.
11. Max Troopership.
12. Max Risk Taker.
13. Max Shield Barrier(optional).
14. Max Sword Storm(optional for AoE leveling).
15. Max Sword Spin(optional for AoE leveling).
16. Max all aura's
17. Max Spirit Sword.
18. Max Sword Training.
19. Max Heavy Armor Expertise.
20. Max Enchanced HP (optional).
21. Max Heavy Weapon Accuracy.

Note: Congratulation on achieving Sword Master path. Yes as soon as you enter Sword Master you must use the skill reset. After that get all the skills I mention above. If you can't raise all to max, get the Sonic Boom, Rune Impact and other passive mention above.

Q. Does shield skills work with Dual Wielding?

A. Yes it does. That is why I provide the Infantryman path since you will get 2 stun skills at Sword Master level as well as Shield Barrier.

Q. What gear do you prefer for me to use and what are the stat build?

A. I recommended the Holy Iron Chain Knight gear since its an Heavy Armor gear so your defense would be boost nicely due to Heavy Armor Expertise. The stat build should be full STR on Sword Master path.

Q. What are the leveling spots you recommended?

A.The leveling spot are like this :

Level 20-40 = Tarintus, Moon Blind Forest.

Level 40-75 = Way to Howling Ravine, Howling Ravine, Howling Cave 1F/2F

Level 75-105 = Howling Cave 2F, Ghost Swamp Valley, Naila Harbor.

Note: You need to do date dungeon as well.

Q. Which npc should I talk to for the job change?

A. Here are the npc list for job change:

1. Warrior : Wiff in Alker Harbor.
2. Infantryman : Wiff in Alker Harbor.
3. Rune Knight : Celerian in Alker Harbor.
4. Sword Master : Cindamook in Naila Village.

Q. Can I pvp/pve well in Sword Master if I follow this path?

A. Yes, as for PVP, you are able to rune impact the target and follow up another stun skill with Blunt Shield. This would result a stun locking thus bully your opponent until he or she fed up. lol . As for PVE yes you should able to solo boss easily due to stun lock and for monster, you need to get Sword Storm and Sword Spin as your AoE skills.

celestia luna : crtsader guide

CRUSADER JOB GUIDE

As requested by some player I would make a guide for Crusader. Note that Crusader is a very unique class as it can deal both physical attack and magical attack to enemy. But remember this, magical attack in Luna Online are a bit unbalanced for the time being. This is because even with 10k magical attack you only deal few thousand damage to high level player compare to a 10k physical attack.

Anyway here we go

Q. What path should I go for?

A. These are the path that you need to go :

Level 1-20 Fighter > level 20-40 Warrior > level 40-75 Infantryman > level 75-105 Rune Knight > level 105 Crusader.

Q. What is the skill list if I start from that path?

A. These are the skill list you need for each of those job :

Fighter job(level 1-20)
1. Max Fighter Heart.
2. Max Crash Blow.
3. Max Uppercut.
4. Max 2H Training.
5a. Max Sword Training.

Note : 2H is the best way for leveling since you deal better damage than 1H.

Warrior job(level 20-40)
1. Max Risk Taker.
2. Max Fighter Heart.
3. Max Warrior Form.
4. Max Wheel Wind.
5. Max Crash Blow.
6. Max 2H Training.
7a. Max Sword Training.
8. Uppercut (optional)

Note : As here onward you can only use Crash Blow as your main single attack. Wheel wind are for AoE in case some of you are too lazy to wait and focus on DD xD . Uppercut is optional if you have extra SP.

Infantryman job(level 40-75)
1. Level 1 Attract Circle.
2. Max Blessing Guard.
3. Max Troopership.
4. Max Enchanced HP.
5. Max Heavy Armor Expertise.

Note : Why Infantryman? Well you need the Enchanced HP, Blessing Guard and Troopership for extra def on next job xD. You don't need the shield skill and other skill. I know its hard but its worth it.

Rune Knight job(level 75-105)
1. Max all aura's.
2. Max Burning Crash.
3. Max Earthquake.
4. Max Sword Storm.
5. Max Rune Impact.
6. Max Sword Training.
7. Max Spirit Sword.

Note: Woot! some attack skills finally xD, yes since you are 2H user so there are few new offense skills available for you.

Crusader job (level 105)
1. Max Sonic Boom.
2. Max Blunt Shield.
3. Max Thundering Death.
4. Max Doom Burst (optional).
5. Max Bloody Sky (optional).
6. Max Sword Storm (optional).
7. Max One Hand Training.
8a. Max Sword Training.
8b. Max Sword Accuracy.
9a. Max Axe Training.
9b. Max Axe Mortality.
10. Max Magic Barrier.
11. Max Solid Weapon.

Note : Yay! Congratulation for being Crusader xD. Yes as soon as you change job you need to reset your skill points. Please max those skill in Rune Knight except Burning Crash and Earthquake as you wont be using 2H weapon from now on. Also dont up any skill related to 2H weapon because you wont be using it anymore XD.

Q. I heard that Crusader is a magic type fighter. Is this ok for me to be one?

A. As I told you before, magic attack is epic fail lol. Those who focus on INT for Crusader might find it not really a good one. As a Crusader you should focus on your Patk instead of Matk.

Q. What stats should I go for a Crusader?

A. Put all on STR.

Q. D: ! Will I have enough defend if I put all on STR?

A. Yup, you will

Q. Ok then would I be able to tank in Naila Harbor at lvl 105?

A. That depend on how nice lvl 105 equip you got. A nice equip with nice philo should give you around 3.2k pdef which is enough to tank Naila Harbor monster.

Q. Ok what gear should I use then?

A. A Holy Iron Chain Knight's set never disappointed me. Here is the detail on the set :

Young Knights (Level 105)
Components:

Holy Iron Chain Knight's Plate Armor
Defense: 232

Q. So how do we PvP in Crusader?

A. Ok here it goes. Skill that you need for PvP is these :

Rune Impact > Blunt Shield > Thundering Death > Sonic Boom.

Keep repeat these 4 skill and your opponent are suffer from stun 24/7 xD

if u max it,u wont have enough SP to max other skill, buff, passive, let it be at lvl 22

The Place to lvling:
lvl 1-20-gate of alker,zakandia outpost
lvl 20-40-Tarintus,Moonblind forest,moonblind swamp

Euryale's Bow(u can get this from mistress(hornet boss) or austere grand master..but if u cant obtain/buy it,its ok)/lvl 105 crafted bow,u should reinforce the bow with Litheon(Critical Rate)becoz ur critical damage is already too high,so u need to get crits all the time, and philo them to get eva,at least 9 eva wud fit

celestia luna : Blade Taker guide

BLADE TAKER JOB GUIDE

Stats
There are 2 options available for this build: Pure Str or Pure Vit.
Pure Str allows for harder hits, which is nice with crits.
Pure Vit adds more HP and defence for better tanking.
It all depends on which is your fighting style, so pick wisely. I have had success with both Vit and Str builds, and I feel that each has their place, and both are enjoyable to play.
My personal preference is Pure Str because my fighting style is to run around like a little kid high on sugar, while stunning and blasting everything close to me. If you are a more stationary player, Pure Vit would be a better path to follow.

Job Path
Ruffian=>Archer=>Treasure Hunter=>Blade Taker

Skills
Skills marked as "optional" are skills you should either get last or forget about all together. If the "optional" is removed in a higher job, that means it is not longer a "get last" skill. You will have extra skill points at level 125 to play around with, and they are good skills to get when you have already built your character.

Burning Rage (lvl 1, optional)

Passive
Deathsign (Max)
Light Armor Expertise (Max)
Light Evasion (Max)
Dagger Training (Max)
Blindside (Max)

Do not worry about maxing skills. You will have a lot of spare skill points in your 2nd job change (Archer).
Burning rage is optional. It is a nice skill for PvP and guildwars, but if you are a PvE everything, it is not as advantageous to get it immediately at this point.

Ruffian
Active
Dusk Slashing (Lvl 10)
Windbreaking (Lvl 5)
Zephyr (max)
Detect hole (max)
Burning Rage (lvl 2, optional)

Passive
Light Armor Expertise (Max)
Light Evasion (Max)
Dagger Training (Max)
Blindside (Max)
Shadow Instinct (Max)
Diabolic Instinct (Max)

Don't worry about maxing out all the skills here by level 40. You will have plenty of breathing room in your next job.

Archer
Active
Zephyr (max)
Fatal Touch (max)

Passive
Deathsign (max)
Light Armor Expertise (Max)
Light Evasion (Max)

This is going to be the most painful job because of your lack of skills. Since you don't have rapid slashing yet, leveling is slower. Do a few DD, and you will be onto TH in no time, so don't worry about it so much. An explanation of why this job was picked over Thief was outlined above. To give an example of how many skill points leeway you will have for the TH job, I had 348 skill points left to spend when I changed from Archer to TH.

Think of it as a glass cannon, the second you reach 75, you will be a crit damage machine.

Treasure Hunter
Active
Rapid slashing (lvl 1, more is not needed for this build)
Shield boomerang (Max)
Hunter Blast (Max)
Zephyr (Max)
Detect hole (Max)
Hunter Smoke (Max, Optional)
Extortion (Max, Optional)

Passive
Light Armor Expertise (Max)
Light Evasion (Max)
Dagger Training (Max)
Blindside (Max)
Shadow Instinct (Max)
Diabolic Instinct (Max)

With this job, you will eventually see your crit monster come into fruition. Leveling should be fairly easy here, just time consuming. You will have close to 60% crit chance or higher (depending on equips) before you reach level 100.

Reskill
A reskill is required because a few skills are bugged, and cannot be used while dual wielding.

Blade Taker
Active
Shield boomerang (Max)
Hunter Blast (Max)
Hunter Smoke (Max)
Zephyr (Max)
Detect Hole (Max)
Fatal Touch (Max)
Burning Rage (Max)
Predator (Max, Optional)
Extortion (Max, Optional)

Passive
Dual Wield expertise (Max)
Dual Wield Training (Max)
Deathsign (max)
Light Armor Expertise (Max)
Light Evasion (Max)
Dagger Training (Max)
Blindside (Max)
Shadow Instinct (Max)
Diabolic Instinct (Max)

Someone might ask "Why no Dual wield Mastery?" Simple, it only adds attack speed. If you have extra skill points at the end, feel free to put them in it, but the % bonus to speed isn't worth the skill points that could be used on a better skill. At level 5, your speed is only increased by 5.1% (barely noticeable) at a cost of 15 skill points. After you max out all your skills you are going to use, then it would be ok to put points into this.

My recommendation is to get skills in this order after you use a skill reset.
1.Dual wield expertise/Dual wield Expertise training/dagger training/Light armor expertise
2. Hunter Smoke/Shield Boomerang
3. Everything else (using your discretion on which skills you think you need first)

Job Change Locations
Ruffian - Tierre in Alker Harbor
Archer - Tierre in Alker Harbor
Treasure Hunter - Ellenshar in Alker Harbor
Blade Taker - Cindamook in Naila Village

How to calculate % chance to crit
You can use this simple equation:

Crit number / 1500 = % chance to crit

So for example, your critical window says "750". By simply plugging this into the equation, you should have a 50% chance to crit. At higher levels (level 105+), and with a crit slime, you should be close to 80% or 90% crit chance.

Leveling
This is just a leveling suggestion. By no means is there any basis stating that it is the best way to go. I know Dungeon Date hunting grounds are the best places to level. These spots are for the 12 hour breaks between DD times. These are the hunting grounds I use according to level with all my characters, and seems to work fairly well. I am always open to hear suggestions on better hunting grounds according to level.

1-20 Gate of Alker
20-35 Tarintus
35-40 Moonblind Swamp (only hunt Luminas)
40-65 Way to Howling Ravine and Dry Gazell Swamp
65-85 Howling Cave 1f and 2f
85-90 The Valley of Fairy
90-100 Ghost Tree Swamp
100-110 Naila Harbor
110+ Grave of the Knights

Equipment
First, I must say that this is the gear I used/plan to reuse, and it worked well for me. Second. The order of importance for philo skills are evasion, strength, then dex (basically, aim for evasion, but be satisfied with dex). Besides that, use your discretion on which stats you need most and try to put points into them.

Also, I feel that there are only 3 important levels for changing your equipment (60, 90, 105). I use the same equipment till I reach the desired level, and simply switch. This saves time from changing your equipment constantly, giving you more time to grind and level. This guide is also designed to be gold efficient. By gold efficient, I mean that you don't need to spend tons of gold to get low and mid level equipment. The equipment selected is designed to allow you to reach the final equipment tier without spending all your gold. This will allow you to save gold to buy the final tier's equipment.

Level 1 to 60
From level 1 to 60, any gear will suffice, as you are leveling so fast, it is a waste of time to hunt down any specific items, construct anything, or reinforce/enchant/philo.

Reinforce - Orichalcum

Level 90
At this point, you should start feeling the pain of low level equipment, which means it is time to change. Guidelines are essentially the same for enchang/reinforce/philo. You have 2 options to go at this point, you can either get the full Trans set or craft your own. If you are strapped for cash, or want to save as much money as possible for the godly equipment, then craft your stuff.

Scout(elf only)-lvl 40-74
Treasure Hunter-lvl 75-104
Temper Master(elf only)-lvl 105-125

PUT ALL THE STATS TO STR

The skills that u must take is..
lvl 1-19(Rouge)
Active skills:
max Dusk Slashing (lvl 5)

Buffs:
max Zephyr (lvl 1)

Passives:
max Blindside' (lvl 1)
max Death sign (lvl 1)
